Zorbing is the latest extreme sport that's grabbing peoples attention.. but what on earth is Zorbing you're probably asking!? Well quite simply you roll down a hill in a giant inflatable ball.. is that any clearer for you!?

Zorbing is a fun activity that pretty much anyone can do.. people of all ages, it's not dangeous but it definitely fun.. You basically get inside a ball made of plastic and roll! There are two layers.. the outerlayer and the inner layer with air inbetween them.. so since it's inflated it isn't a bumpy ride..

	If you are doing this when it is hot out, you may opt to have water put into the ball for a completely different riding experience. When you place water in you aren't harnessed in. You freely tumble and slide inside of the zorb as you roll down the hill in a puddle of water. How many people can you ride with? You can ride by yourself, or with up to two friends. To ride with two friends you have to ride in one without harnesses, while you can ride with one or two friends with harnesses or without. Where can you go to try this awesome activity out? Rotorua my friend.. Rotorua . Since the company that makes these giant inflatable balls has strict rules for the locations they sell them to, you can only do it at official locations and Rotorua is the only location in NZ.
